Couple/Relationship Therapy

Partners often find themselves caught in particular patterns of communication that can feel frustrating. Learning about how these patterns develop and finding enhanced ways of communicating can improve our partnerships.

For many partners, beginning the process of couples therapy can feel daunting and overwhelming. My practice is to help each partner feel supported and valued within the relationship as we explore different patterns of communication that have been impacting your connection.

Some common concerns that bring couples to couple therapy include:

  • difficulties with communication

  • relationship challenges and transitions

  • navigating non-traditional relationship structures

  • experiences with betrayals of trust within the relationship

  • Hurtful and abusive actions, including past or current that could be impacting the relationship
